1. Who can join

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or apply. We verify age before any working relationship begins. The Service is for women seeking to stream on TikTok LIVE and is not open to minors under any circumstances.

2. What we provide

We provide training, coaching, access to streaming facilities where available, and ongoing support. We are an independent talent agency. We are not TikTok, we do not speak for TikTok, and nothing here is endorsed by TikTok beyond our participation in its LIVE agency program.

3. No earnings guarantee

Streaming income depends entirely on your own effort, consistency and audience, and on TikTok's own rules and payouts. We do not promise, guarantee or estimate any level of earnings. Any figures a manager shares are illustrative of what some streamers have achieved, never a promise of what you will.

4. Your conduct

When you stream, you must follow TikTok's Community Guidelines, Terms of Service and LIVE Monetization rules, as well as the standards we teach. You are responsible for your own content. We may end our relationship with you if you repeatedly breach platform rules or behave in a way that puts you or others at risk.

5. The agreement that governs your earnings

The commercial terms of any streaming relationship — revenue split, payment schedule, expectations — are set out in a separate written agreement provided to you before you sign. This website does not set those terms. Ask for them in writing, and read them, before committing.

6. Your account

Keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may close your account at any time; we may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

7. Changes and contact
